Postives: great delivery service - ordered at 1pm on Monday and arrived 2pm next day. Email communication (almost) real-time. Very secured packaging.
Negatives: items smaller than what it appears in pictures. Dimensions on descriptions are more approximate, not actual. Quality of products are actually better in China town than what you get (depends if you have this in your town). Would rather spend a little extra to gain more weightier, authentic items. Good for house/gift 'looking' oriental.
NB: NOTE BY GOT-BONSAI? - Many thanks for your feedback. All our items are genuine imported Chinese products. The quality of the items does vary with the price. We do stock many heavy 'authentic' items, but we also sell cheaper items.
